And why do you lose a Pokeball if it fails to catch the Pokemon? It's not like it disappears! Just go fetch it and throw it at the damn Pokemon again! I don't be havin' no money to be buyin' no extra balls 'cuz that god damned Heracross won't stay in its ball because I molested and killed its brother!

They instantly revive so I can run into that same Pokemon multiple times in my quest to find a god damn Chansey.

Oh, those are a pain in the ASS. One time I seriously spent over an hour looking for one, and when I finally found one, my box was fucking full so I wasn't even able to catch it. So I had to fly to Fuschia City, change boxes, and then search for another Chansey.

That is why I like third and fourth generation games, the boxes change for you. I've been caught quite a few times ignoring Bill's phone calls on second generation games.

They get teleported to a place where they are healed, and then they are released back in to the wild. Thats why you can't catch them after they faint, they get teleported away.

Why do all the trainers just stand there in the middle of nowhere? How do the swimmers float in the water 24/7?

I think when you turn off the game, all the trainers go home and sleep. I think that's how the trainer eats and poops.
