+491 Lactose tolerance is a mutation. Intolerance was what we originally were. Blue eyes are a mutation. Human eyes were originally brown. Nature is weird. Nature was originally weird. That's the one thing that won't change, amirite?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

LIES There is no such thing as a mutation. We are all made in God's image.

Says the man who's named after a Pokemon that includes evolution in its game...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Says the guy who doesn't even know the difference between Darwinistic evolution and Pokemon evolution...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Never said there was a correlation. :P Look, I don't even believe in Yahweh.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm just saying that they're two totally different things, but let's not argue, I believe in God and in science.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Science contradicts Yahweh's doings. Science supports evolution. According to you, you don't believe in evolution. Well, you either found a flaw in the Bible or a flaw in science. I could go further, but I'm honestly to lazy at the moment.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

no it doesn't. science supports God's creation. evolution hasn't been proven, amirite?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

No, you're not right. Evolution is observable and very well provable. Look it up sometime. Science does not support God's creation. Never had I heard a professional scientists say, "The universe was created by God." If there is someone who said that, there are plenty more out there who say otherwise. There's no support for God or the Big Bang or whatever. They're all theories.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

the big bang theory: God said, and bang it happened. sorry i just had to say that xD nothing in science contradicts the Bible. theories don't count.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

You're right, theories don't count. If that's the case, science and God don't exist together, because God is a theory. Science is not.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

alright, science is not a theory....but there are scientific theories, correct? evolution is one of them.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Not a theory. Evolution is observab--... You guys really don't look into this shit, do you? Goodness, before you automatically say, "IT'S A THEORY LOL", look into it first. I did so with intelligent design. And no, religious sites don't count for looking into evolution. It'll just be a bunch of statements on how evolution is evil or bullshit "proof" on how it's not real... Go to a scientific site. Not a scientific-religious site, a scientific site.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

observable. alright. get me a monkey and show me. i'm not saying evolution is wrong!! or science, for the matter. how do you think the universe started?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Forgive me, I'm not some Bible-hugging fag-stoning science-hating pro-life Catholic brainwashed zombie. The Bible doesn't say God created things by going "*bam!* There it is." It just says he made things, it doesn't say how long it took for them to become distinct. I believe in evolution. The pope even believes in evolution! There isn't a single scientific thing I won't believe because the Church says I shouldn't. If you think science disproves the Bible, or that you can't believe in science and in the Bible, then you're close-minded, and afraid to think for yourself. And if you think that I have to believe what the Catholic Church says just because I'm Christian, you're wrong, and you're stereotyping. I'm not even Catholic.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Enlightened. Evolution requires MUTATION. You said you don't believe in mutation. For goodness sake, I'm not stereotyping. I'm not close-minded, either. Science does not disprove the Bible, it CONTRADICTS the Bible--did you even read anything I typed?? You're just shoving words down my throat. Frankly, you're the close-minded one. The Bible and science cannot work together without being at each other's throats. Actually, I'll give you something to decide on. If you were FORCED to choose between your Bible and science, and could never go back to one, which one would you choose? I await your answer. No excuses, this is hypothetical, but I require a serious answer.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

that's not fair. it's like saying humans or robots? well humans created robots, so if you want to trust robots, that means you have to trust humans too.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Life's not fair, anon. Get used to it. It's not SUPPOSED to be fair here. You're supposed to choose between one or the other.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

okay. umm well i can't really choose, can i, because i already know about science.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

No, you have to choose which one you'll follow for the rest of your life.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

That was Wobbuffet who said he didn't believe in mutation. I do believe in mutation, it's as real as it gets. If I had to pick, I'd choose the Bible between science and the Bible. But they're only two separate things if you take the Bible extremely literally, or don't even bother to interpret it for yourself. And I'm sorry, but if you're going to sit here with a knife at my throat for accepting both your science and my religion, then we're both wasting our time. I guess I'll be the better man by saying I'm out, have a nice day. V,,

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Oh, sorry. Getting you 2 mixed up now. Frankly if you can't choose between the two... Just choose... There is no "out".

by Anonymous 13 years ago

You're kind of an ass whole. give it a rest.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

(Lil Beck): I'm an asshole for merely trying to prove somebody wrong? Yup, total asshole. Every debater who debates is a toootal asshole.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Hey, buddy, I believe in evolution and the Bible too.

WHAT ABOUT GREEN EYES

by Anonymous 13 years ago

bit late to the party are we? "Human eyes were originally brown" if another color along a similar color wavelength is a mutation, wouldn't it follow that related colors are a mutation as well?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Just like to say I love my blue eyes... mutation or not

by Anonymous 13 years ago

If we were originally intolerant to lactose, then why the hell do our females produce milk?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Lactose is more along the lines of cow's milk, not human milk. You must be confused.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Mutations are so cool. Did you know having six fingers is a dominent trait?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Human norms, however, say 6 fingers is weird. >_> We're never going to adapt to nature at this pace...
