Supposedly this song is about a girl scared of commitment, and she's messing around with a bunch of guys. Alejandro is a man in love with her, but "she just can't be with him anymore" and due to all the other men she's with, she can't quite remember his name and accidently calls him by another mans name. Just my take on the song.

I think the song's about either a girl involved with three guys as once, or back-to-back. The first two, maybe they were teenagers apparently in love, but she didn't think they should rush deeper in so fast. And the other one really possessive?
