It is very hard to believe you, when you don't have any arguments to why America supposedly is better that Britain. Especially since many other countries have better living conditions plus healthier and cleverer citizens. You actually are just saying something without really having anything to support it… (By the way I’m from Denmark, and I would definitely prefer living here.)

(i'm american) and I agree with you... mostly. I appoligize for that stupid troll, but a trolls a troll, american or not. It's just people like him that are reinforcing stupid american stereotypes. My only disagreement would be saying that people from other countries are "cleverer" because that's a generalization and although it might seemingly be true, that's only because it's the big fat american trolls that stand out from the rest of the good people in this nation. It's sad really :(...

I also agree with you, mostly. I like that you aren't a complete nationalist who says his or hers country is best without really knowing anything. And you don't need to apologize to me or anyone! :) We do also have trolls! Every country has them. And what I meant with cleverer was basically a better school system. We have free education; no actually we get paid to go to college. (Yeah, I know. It's unfair ^^') No one can ever say that a hole nation is cleverer than another, because who would really know that? There are many different kinds of clever. What I meant was that, statistically Danish students and many countries students have much better schooling systems and higher levels, therefore a larger percentage of these students can or want to go to college and university. Where clever students from America might not be able to afford it or others might not be smart enough. Believe me I don’t want to trash your country. But the facts are inevitable.

well i can relate to this because im a manager at a mcdonalds and one man came through the other day and ordered an angus deluxe meal large with a diet coke and claimed it was a healthy choice because he had a diet pop and the sandwich has veggies on it. i just nodded and said "sure." i wanted to slap him upside the head for being such a dork.

Too true. Americans are suffering from obesity, heart desease, diabetes etc. fast food chains are evil, lying, kiniving companies, willing to poison the bodies of America's youths to make a quick buck. This will come back to hurt them. P.S. not all americans are stupid, its an awful stereotype

yes i agree completely but also, what kind of issue do you have with americans, sure maybe the big burger and fries wont help his diet but at least he is taking small steps to be healthier. Plus, diet coke is still better than coke itself, would it suit you better if he just took the one with more calories. think before you post....please

I would say those stereotypes are unfortunate but you have to look at the facts... America IS home to many of these stereotypes. And it is a larger amount than in other countries. But listen people, they are not you! So instead of comparing yourself to people from your country, compare yourself to people from everywhere in the world. We are all humans. Be glad that you aren’t so stupid. Try to see it this way. I also (non-American) can be compared to the stupid American for being the same race.
