+368 You wonder why you never see "your mum" jokes from British people, amirite?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

We do them all the time. It's my specialty. :)

I agree. We do them all the time down in Cornwall too :)

When we do your mum jokes, we do them so good your mum loves us more than she loves you ;)

Believe me, there are loads...

Americans are narrow-minded sometimes.. but we love them anyway :P

Doctor Who - Vampires in Venice. Rory (<33) makes a "your mum" joke.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yeah lol. Rory dies though! DDDDDDDDDDDDDD:

That's because in England if you have a northern accent it sounds more like "yer mam!" than "your mom!" so it just sounds silly :/

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yeah we do them all the time, even Ireland do them!

It's probably because you don't hear British people very much.. and they are hardly going to make them on the BBC, or any sort of serious thing with a British person on. And yeah we make them all the time ;)
