I'm not sure what would happen if it was conceived there. But, I assume if you went in to Narnia pregnant and gave birth there, then once you leave again you will be however many weeks along you were upon entering.

What would happen if the child left and you didn't? I guess C.S. Lewis didn't put much thought into this.

Well... I've got nothing. He really didn't, did he? I guess since Susan and Caspian were only an item in the movies he didn't have to.
