The poster didn't use "at" at the end of the sentence, they used a comma. Also, it's "at" the end of a sentence, not "on" the end of a sentence. If you're going to be a Grammar Nazi, do your job correctly.

alright, i misspoke, not at the end of the sentence at the end of the fragment even if it's a part of a sentence, it's still a bad spot for it also, "at" can be on the end of a sentence AND at the end of a sentence
