Bands shouldn't even try to cover a Queen song. amirite?
by Anonymous13 years ago
or Eagles, or Journey, or DEFINITELY KISS. Please, lay off.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Don't forget Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin.
by Anonymous13 years ago
True, so true. Or, god forbid someone tries, Beatles or MJ. *gasps*
by Anonymous13 years ago
NOO!
by Anonymous13 years ago
I KNOW. If someone like, Justin Bieber or whatever worshipped teenybopper is floating around tried to cover a Beatles song it would begin the damn apocalypse.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Or an uprising in people attempting to assassinate him.
by Anonymous13 years ago
... surrounded by a larger uprising in insane twilight-loving, jonas brother worshipping, pink throw rug-that-goes-on-toilet-thing owning, Bieber fanatics with full length neon orange painted nails ready to scratch some talent-seeking eyes out.

Thanks. Now I'm going to have nightmares.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Lol, dude, that is the picture of current Junior High Schools world round.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Thank god I'm not growing up with that generation...
by Anonymous13 years ago
(TophatTalulah):sucks for me that i am. but you get a kind of pride when you're the kid who has been to a KISS concert and can appreciate the Eagles, Journey and Queen for something other than what kids see on Glee.
by Anonymous13 years ago
True. But I do have to admit, the people on Glee have really good voices. More suited for broadway than rock songs, though.
by Anonymous13 years ago
true, they do and they are more suited for stage, because their bohemian rhapsody vocals were sad (but the guitar solo always gets me). i am however, insanely jealous of all kids on television-but these guys are like in their twenties. it's funny.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Yeah I know. But some of them are still good at pretending to be high-schoolers.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Ex: adorable football playing desperate somehow-in-glee-club kid that manages to pull off the best high school image while being 27? Yup.
by Anonymous13 years ago
or david bowie. you just can't do it, the standards are too high.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Even if it's a band I adore, no. Just no.
I got one band covering a Michael Jackson song, only because I thought it was the first time I heard that band with such a great guitar solo.
But that was it. You just can't capture the spirit of some songs.
by Anonymous13 years ago
I think I just died a little.
I heard Justin Bieber had a song "Somebody to Love" so I typed "Somebody to Love" into the google bar, and I didn't see Queen on the first page. It was Glee and Bieber.
I might be mistaken, but that's what I saw.
by Anonymous13 years ago
That's it. I'm going to kill that boy. I LOVE that fucking song, and that little BRAT isn't going to RUIN IT!!!
by Anonymous13 years ago
He didn't do a cover of it. He just named a song "Somebody to Love". Which is just as bad.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Woo... You scared me there. I was about to go into a psychotic rampage.
