It's always annoying when you ask to go to the bathroom, and the teacher says, "Is it an emergency?" It's like, I don't really want to tell my entire highschool class that I'm having an "emergency". amirite?

at my school we just tell the teacher that why yes, it is an emergency, I have a tiny bladder and holding it in for too long can cause kidney failure. They let us go to the bathroom after that.

I have an old school gym teacher who only gives us 5 minutes to change and walk to the other building. I let him reprimand me for being late a few times rather than explaining that yes, it WAS an emergency because it was my time of the month.
