John Lennon and that stupid Yoko Ono were the reason the best band in the entire world and of all time broke up. So NO I will not remember John Lennon fondly. His music? Amazing. His voice? Amazing. His attitude? Selfish. He was an amazing musician, not an amazing man.

as a musician, he wrote those songs asking for peace. how can you say that doesn't count for anything? sure, yoko ono split the band up, but every band will have their time to leave the scene some time. it was meant to be, that's how i think of it.
