Wow. You're really digging deep.

I think about dumb/fun stuff that have nothing to do with what I'm worried about, and it helps me sleep faster. For example: "what would life be like as a turtle?" or "what would happen if I was born with the same intelligence level I have right now?" or even, "what would if I was a superhero?"

It seriously works cause its usually just simple ideas running through your head.

Just do something that stops you from thinking. I try to count as high as possible.

Try drinking energy drinks before going to bed. They'll give you the energy necessary to sleep.
