I think the only time it is every vaguely ok to make fun of someone's weight is when they're doing something that's bad anyway,and in conjunction with their weight makes them seem ridiculous. If the person if bitching out someone else for being fat, stealing food or obviously fishing for compliments, then it's almost justified.
