Blue raspberry is a common flavor for syrups, candies, drinks and other edible items. It is derived from the juices of the Rubus leucodermis plant, otherwise known as the whitebark raspberry. its like a blackberry/black raspberry http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rubus_leucodermis i just thought this was interesting :P

really? cuz i thought they just made it blue so you could tell the difference between the raspberry and cherry flavors, seeing as they're both red
