Chivalry as it was intended is dead. Being gentlemanly and respectful to women is only one facet of chivalry.

I know exactly what chivalry is, and I still do not think it is dead. There are some truly virtuous, honorable and loving people still out there. :)

Chivalry also includes bravery, courtesy, honor. But if you dont have one, I doubt you truely have any of the others.

Chivalry is completely dead to my boyfriend... I have to load up groceries in the car by myself, take the cart back, and unload while he sits in the drivers seat or goes inside... Not to mention having to wait til he gets comfortable behind the wheel and has his seat belt on and the engine started for him to open the door. :/
