that is impossible. you think food gets made by volunteers? and the technology too? everyone would just take the remains of what exists, but not continue to work, because they do not need money anymore.

How is it stupid? Everyone would love if everything was free. Are you saying you wouldn't like having whatever you want for free?! Yes, it's not possible, but it certainly be cool. But I like the feeling of working for money and no one would want to work.

Lol where have you been in the last year? This argument ended last year, when I'd just joined the site... Even if everything became free all of a sudden it'd still all run out pretty quickly, and without money not much more would get created. The only reason so many people are even selfless is because things cost. Without it, that taxi driver wouldn't take you home when you were drunk, that doctor wouldn't heal you and save your life, that pizza would not be delivered nor made in the first place. The best things in life cost money, and wouldn't exist without it.

I know all of that. It would just be cool if everything was free, without the consequences. Wouldn't it be cool if people had a job, not for the money, but for the sense of accomplishment, or just to help out others? People aren't like that sadly. :/
