I know it was only an example, but why would you text or email someone asking how to do the Heimlich? Surely that warrants a phone call.

Especially while you're driving your car at 8:15AM through at 50MPH through a school zone with a cup of boiling hot paper cup of coffee in your lap, a bagel and lox in your mouth, trying to tune in Howard Stern on XM at 140decibels and adjust the A/C at the same time and without a seatbelt on, eh? Don't you hate it when that happens?
