Actually no, I think the fabric is more free to shift across because I'm of the flat chested variety. Do you think being chestier would be worse?

When you have bigger boobs (as I do) they sorta smoosh together without a bra and flop around. It's super uncomfortable. And if you sleep on your side, you sweat between your boobs and its just icky. I would think having a flatter chest would be more comfortable.
