+205 Its really hypocritical that high schools always say "be your best" and "life isn't a popularity contest" and not "worrying about what others think," and then they go and have competitions within the student body like "Smartest," "Best Student" and "Nicest Person." It just makes people who don't get an award feel bad about themselves. Praise students for achieving things, but not being popula... amirite?
