Actually, men and women were created to make sacrifices for each other because they love each other, mostly sacrificing their time. Traditionally, the woman sacrifices her time to cook and clean, and the man sacrifices his time to bring home money for their mutual survival.
Maybe the exact sacrifices men and women make for each other have shifted, but the fact that they still do, and should, has not.
The Bible doesn't say anything about women and men having domestic roles in the household. (Show me the passage if I'm wrong). There are 2 famous household codes from Paul, in Colossians and Ephesians. Both talk about wives being subject to their husbands, and husbands loving their wives as their own body. Paul may have been patriarchal, but he was hundreds of years ahead of his time in his attitude of egalitarian love
Thats the way it used to be.. Fortunately for you chicks nowadays its not like that.
Fortunately for you guys, I'd say. Chicks nowadays are a lot more pissy and think a lot more independently. Try to force them to serve you now and the majority of results might not be satisfactory for the men.
One of the reasons I don't bother with religion.
What?! Oh god...
I seriously wonder what bible these people are reading.
