you're a weirdo because it's not attractive in your eyes. obviously if everyone was like you it wouldn't be such a problem. kids dont have enough stress to start smoking because of it; they only get tons of peer pressure. i know they're trying to "mold the new generation" but smoking looking good is a major part of it.

Insults have nothing to do with peer pressure. I dont think im that different, most people would agree that smoking is gross, its just that most people dont find it as loathesome as i do. Being straightedge, I find it incredibly stupid and have zero patience for it. I dont believe peer pressure is an excuse for kids to say smoking is okay, everyone has the ability to think and reason for themselves. You know, its really not necessary to put everything into quotations. Yes i am smart, and thats not arrogance, its the truth. I've thought smoking was gross and stupid from a very young age, which means a child of 7 could figure that out for themselves as well.

no. children =/= people of your intelligence and higher. and i hate using many of the same punctuation mark but all of those were needed. sure, the "molding" is progressing slowly, but just because it has worked on a few kids you know doesn't mean it'll work just that quicky, that's like saying humans evolved from monkeys overnight. congrats on being so fucking smart and clever from your very birth, but humans are not all the same, if you hadn't noticed.

No the majority of the human race is fucking stupid, I'll give you that much. But I dont believe that humans evolved from monkeys, decent analogy but doesnt work for everyone. But no, i still dont believe the kids need it because it looks attractive. Chances are more likely its because they have bad role models, because like i said before our generation is fucked. if you've never seen it as attractive and have been enlightened about the horrors of smoking since childhood, you obviously can't really have a side on this. it's like a man trying to explain how it feels to give birth. i've been attracted as a child to smoking because it looked cool to me, of course i didn't want to smoke since i was female but it still looked cool to me. just admit attraction is a factor in kids starting to smoke, and let's move on.

Only for the first few times. Afterwards, the period in between smoking will have you at a much higher stress level and you need to smoke in order to get back to normal. The calming effect of cigarettes is an illusion.
