Yeah check out the nutrition facts. . . almost as much sugar, and those "electrolytes" they advertise so proudly? Salt. Not magic sports salt, just the same salt you find on your french fries.

Which is why your not suppose to drink gatorade unless your sweating. Because when you sweat you lose so much salt that's why Gatorade has a ton of salt :)
