I agree whole heartedly with the second comment. I'm 16 and have never even had a boyfriend. I would rather wait for it to be special, rather than rush it. I'm perfectly happy and besides, there will be plenty of time in the future for that stuff.

A girl in my school got pregnant at THIRTEEN. She got an abortion, but she's still known as a slut. Because, well, she still is. Now, it's not really my business to people not to have sex, but during middle and high school, you don't really understand it. Most people live with their parents and usually have them take care of any mistakes. If you live on your own and have an understanding for the real world, it might be a better time.

We have a girl at my school [Fourteen] with a child. I'm not going to call her a slut because she's only been with one dude but that still wasn't a great choice. What hurts the most is that she used to be a good friend of mine. But ever since I got into GT/Pace/TAG what ever YOU call it, I have lost a bunch of friends because they consider me a nerd now. I think it depends. 14 is really too young, but where do you draw the line? My brother lost his virginity at 16 after six months in a committed relationship which lasted for another six months. If it's like that, with *one* person, in a relationship, with protection, I think it's okay after about 15. The problem is that you have to have the maturity for it and the understanding of what you're doing and how to be safe, which most 14-year-olds don't.
