You do know that you can turn that setting off so that doesn't happen, right?

A drummer friend was showing me a song, he said "Listen, listen!" and just as the drumkit started, he began air-drumming, causing the song to shuffle. "NO!"

That happens with my iPod touch as well, even if it just falls sideways the slightest amount.
