if you're in a GOOD marching band it is. and colorguard is even harder than being in the band.

Yeah, exactly. I've seen/heard some terrible marching bands, and it's like, "Well, almost anyone could do that with a few hours of training."

Are you serious? There's so much more to it than walking. Seeing as it's called marching band, walking isn't actually part of it at all.

anybody ever heard the theory that some famous dude said that it was impossible to be in marching band because it uses too much brain? yeah,hundreds of people prove him wrong everyday. i'm glad to say i'm one of them,=]
