Because it's funny... I mean, it's not a serious idea to have them in a sequel, but just a funny thought. And because conception means the forming of an idea AND conceiving a child it's funny. And Inception is all about forming ideas. And who's conceived more kids than Kate and Octomom?? Conception also sounds like Inception. It's just funny.
