Or better yet -just cartons of cookie dough. Otherwise, the ice cream would probably make the cookie dough texture off.

Actually, if you put some ice cream in the cookie dough and baked it, it would probably taste delicious. I have this brownie recipe that uses chocolate ice cream and they're heavenly.
