Movies based on books should use the book as the script, amirite?

I'm not sure that would work well. Books like Harry Potter are filled with thoughts and narration, and somebody would have to display that. Those movies would be terrible with a narrator.

Some movies would go for like 10 hours. It really isn't practical.

We're going to see a different view on the books, not to have a scene by scene recap, if you want that, read the book.

Nice idea, but it wouldn't work great. It would be nice if they go SOME things right though.

Yeah I wish that movie were more like books too but then it'd be so long and it wouldn't be practical.

I agree in the sense that the movie shouldn't just go adding/taking away random characters/lines/scenes. :)

Dobby... In the second movie and will probably be in the seventh, but that is it. And I hate hate hate it when they add random scenes that take the place of things that were actually in the book and were entertaining.
