Scientists are currently working on methods to grow meat in vats (see the wikipedia article on in vitro meat). If you grew human meat in a vat and ate it, it would technically be cannibalism, but there would be nothing morally wrong with it since it was never part of a living person. Amirite?

Hmm. I wonder if you'd still get brain diseases if it's not really cannibalism. Also, maybe vegetarians would shut up if they started making meat in vats...
