People who work in Hot Topic are nicer than the people working in Hollister, amirite?

I HATE how people are scared of that store. The people who work there are soooo nice and even if you're not into the whole goth/emo thing (I'm not), thats not all they have. Hot Topic has some cool stuff.

where are you from? Because they are stores from America... I think all of America, but I'm not sure. Hollister is like a preppy store, and hot topic is like... Well... I know I'm totally contradicting myself... But goth and emo stuff. Not all of it though!

I love the band shirts at Hot Topic. The people who work there... I'm not gonna lie, some look intimidating but that brings up the old saying: "don't judge a book by its cover." You know what I mean? They are pretty nice people. As for Hollister, I don't even go there. I like Pac Sun :)

I love hollister, its cheaper abercrombie.. But you can't generalise like that, not every person in every hot topic store will be nicer than every person in every hollister store..

the people at Hollister aren't supposed to be nice, they're supposed to be eye candy.(; but yeah, I do like the people at Hot Topic, they're nice. But of all the preppy stores, Hollister and Abercrombie have the best employees, they don't accost you every ten seconds about a sale or something.

Hot Topic does have some nice, funny people. I wear band shirts and whatever and when I go into Hollister they look at me like I'm evil or something. Maybe it's just where I live but the Hollister people are pretty judgmental

I had a friend who worked in abercrombie and she said that there was a feud wit hollister and sometimes the hollister people would try and steal their customers. But I hate hot topic because it ruins good things like invader Zim and nightmare before Christmas and people asume they're 'emo

at hot topic, the workers (mike and nick) asked us to take some fake crickets over to hollister and a pin that said "I have a heart on". It was great:)

I got offered a job at hollister once... But anyway, I'm afraid of Hot Topic. I'm afraid I'm going to walk in there and the employees are going to shun me for dressing moderately preppy.

You shouldn't be scared, I see people in all sorts of styles in the Hot Topics where I live. They're really nice, and generally don't care what you choose to dress yourself in. That's your own choice :)

Never entered these stores. I thought thy were both lamenbecause they're emo and preppy. I'd rather not have a certain look. Maybe it's because I refer to myself as miscellaneous.

Hot Topic is intimidating, I get that. But they seriously have so many different things to chose from. I say just go in there once, and if you come out thinking the same, well we can just pretend like I payed you my life savings (currently $15...)

Me and my friends always say Hot Topic like the jinggle for Hot Pockit. An employee heard me say it like that once and he gave me a high five!

I once saw a girl inside a Hot Topic on her cell phone and she very loudly said into her phone "I need to go, I'm scared they'll bite me!" She got several weird looks. But the people in there are so nice! I mean, they've complimented my little brother's Veggie Tales t-shirt before, while helping me find a t-shirt I wanted.
