No, that's just being a jackass. You know very well what they mean when they ask, "Are you a dog person or a cat person" but you decide to ruin it by pointing out that you're a human. It's like saying, "Give me a second, I need to use the bathroom" when you're about to go to a concert. You get out of the bathroom and your friends are gone, they have your ticket...You can't go now because they also took your car. When they get back they tell you how awesome the concert was and when you ask why they left you they say, "We gave you a second like you asked."
