+973 Today, I faced possibly the most serious dilemma of my 15 year old life: whether to buy a 101 Dalmations, Sesame Street, or Mickey Mouse colouring book. You should've seen the look of shoppers passing by as I sat staring the three books down, in the middle of the aisle. My life isn't average, I'm a fucking weirdo. amirite?

Ur amazing JS

Where are you finding colouring books? I’ve looked everywhere for a legit colouring book and even Wal-Mart doesn't sell decent ones.

I hope you're being sarcastic....

I hate MLIA. Everything is fake and gay.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Once I spent 10 minutes voting on new submissions on MLIA , and all of the new homepage posts were already rated "meh" for me immediately after getting homepaged since I had already voted on those posts. It's horrible.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

People who post things like that spend their Friday nights coloring and their Saturday nights reading MLIA.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

hahaha I couldn't have said it better myself.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I was reading this and thinking, "wow, could they get any more MLIA than this?" and then I read the end and decided you pass...but only by a little.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

i'd go with sesame street

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I've read some where they almost cried because their mom didn't but them a coloring book. I mean... Wow!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

MLIA sounded like a great idea, but it turned out horrible, shame :I

"Today I went shopping with my mom at Target and I found a Hello Kitty coloring book in the dollar bin I begged my mom to let me get it and she finally said yes. Then I asked her if I could get a box of crayons too and she said no. Five minutes later my mom asked if I'd stay home and babysit, I told her no unless I got the crayons. She said yes. I didn't go out with my friends tonight but I did spend all night coloring. MLIA" ^stories like this make me want to rip my eyes out!!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

(susie (:): That is terrible, why would anybody think that was a cool thing to do?! If someone actually did that they wouldn't go posting it on some site anyways.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

They wouldn't have friends either. "Sorry, I can't go to the movies tonight. I'm busy coloring, because my amazing coloring inside the lines is getting me so far in life."

by Anonymous 13 years ago

i read this on MLIA a couple days ago, MLIA sucks!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

This post instantly made me hate this site, and then I realized how they were making fun on MLIA, and why I hated it.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I think the old MLIA is better, like basically 99% of the people who read it.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

So do I, but all the people who post/vote think that average means immature.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

lmaoo at first i was gonna downvote b/c of the MLIA format, and i was like ugh not one of these. but then i read the rest. LOVE IT! :D

by Anonymous 13 years ago

old MLIA such as "Today, I introduced my dad to my German boyfriend. He asked if he was related to Hitler. MLIA" was GREATNESS and now it is ruined.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Here's a good one: Today, I was on amirite.net and I saw a post saying that he was glad amirite.net didn't have any stories about the deaths of familiars like MLIA has, so I went and made a fake post saying my sister had just died, she never got a post published, etc. A few minutes later my post was deleted for the following reason according to the administrator: "sorry, but this isn't MLIA". MLIA

by Anonymous 13 years ago

seriously, WTF you weirdo MLIAer.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

So quick to judge. I just typed in "amirite" on the MLIA search bar and this showed up. I haven't been on MLIA since i found this site.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I know I'm gonna be hated on for this, but I really like MLIA. It's like a bunch of people that joined together to share their happiness and weirdness :) Even though I like this site a lot too... just thought I'd throw that out there.

I do, too, and honestly, I'm 16, and I still love coloring books. sometimes it's just nice to revert back to childhood days. and it's extremely relaxing. I don't care if I'm made fun of for this, but I bought a coloring book last month, and the cashier told me that even his 32 year-old daughter still loves them.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

But the issue is that they're lives aren't AVERAGE. That's the point.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

this is more about the people who will rather spend the weekend coloring in one than socialising

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Is it just me, or didn't anyone else hear the *LOSER* cough?
