I have really long curly hair that I really can't brush too often or else it will poof. So when I do actually brush it, about once a week or so, it is such a workout that I have to switch arms, take breaks, and a whole bunch of other things. It ends up taking me about fifteen minutes.
It can be like when i wash my pubes it builds a lot of muscle because they're so long.
Plaiting my hair makes my arms ache because it takes so damn long.
