I don't know about that. I made the decision to have sex with my ex husband before we were married and got pregnant while I was a senior in high school. It was in 1965, so I had to marry him or be ostracized by my family. That decision determined the direction of the rest of my life. I think it would have been entirely different if I had went to college after high school and entered a profession. I didn't get a BA until I was 44 and never got to use it. So, yes, one descision can affect the rest of your life!
