Not to mention that they've been following the same kid for a decade and never once managed to successfully steal a single one of his or his friend's pokemon. You'd think they'd try some other trainer whose less competent after the first few fails. Also, why are they so dead set on pikachu? There are far more rare and powerful pokemon out there! Idiots.

There plan isn't vague! They say it in there intro! "To unite all people within our nation!" clearly means world domination through a small yellow mouse they've been trying to steal for a decade or so!
