Bestiality is commiting sexual acts with animals, and since nekos aren't real- no, it's not really like bestiality. Neither is it bestiality when people dress up like animals and fool around("furries"), since there are no actual animals involved. Both fall under the category of fetishes, if they actually turn someone on.

Has no logic too. They usually have both human and cat ears, and the tail looks rather... uncomfortable. <_< Wouldn't it be bestiality if it was a nekomimi hentai, though? It's not always porn. I have a lot of nekomimi pictures in my computer and they're all SFW.

Neko's aren't considered beastiality as they aren't real. It ranges from anime character with cat ears, or people wearing fake cat ears. It's no different than other fetishes. Some people think anal's gross, other people think it's normal or sexy. Other people think oral sex is gross .... it's all a matter of opinion. Everyone is different, and it's a bit rude to say "The people who like Neko's are gross" because I'm sure other people think YOUR fetishes are gross.
