They do look ten... they're nearly flat chested, but they do dress a little too skimpy for ten year olds... but it's a cartoon so whatever

I stopped watching years ago. I was about ten? So I wouldn't know, but, dude, if you're saying "the girls who travel around with Ash and Brock" it sounds like there are a lot so like, whoa, players. :P

Well, Ash himself was (and is) only ten when the series began. And Brock was (and probably still is) fifteen.
