You use two asterisks on either side of the word for bold, two underscores for underline, and two forward slashes for italics. You can also use two hyphens ion either side for strike through. And you can put them all together but they have to be like this "sbuWORDubs" (say s=slash, b=bold, u=underline).

At first I was all riled up and like "Yeah! Totally unfair!" but I realized you should look at it from a different perspective- in our society genitalia is considered to be obscene (which I disagree with anyway, but forget that for a moment). For some reason, female breasts were also lumped into this category of 'inappropriate', which doesn't make sense as it's acceptable to publicly show the entire breast excluding the nipple, but men can openly show their nipples and are not questioned even though male and female nipples are the same. By comparing breasts to penises you're essentially grouping in breasts with other 'obscene' bits (again, I don't think either are particularly obscene, but it's the way society works). I personally don't see the big deal about breasts and feel that as long as men are allowed to openly be shirtless women should be able to as well. I think the laws about women legally being able to walk around topless as another commenter mentioned are commendable and women should be able to feel more comfortable with their bodies in public.
