I've been practicing languages since I was very young. I learn them like a child learns their first language, pretty much through exposure and a little practice.
Aha. I have a larger vocabulary than most people. All I know is a bit of middle-school French class. At least I'm unique enough not to take Spanish. XD
I really like German, too. I'm working on learning that better than I do now. But my school only offered Spanish, French, and Latin. Latin seemed very unappealing at the time.
I think there were only around 800 people in my entire high school, which boiled down to about 200 per class. I think roughly a third of them (60-70) took Spanish, a quarter (50) took French, and like, an eighth (15-20) took Latin. The rest took study hall.
There was only one Latin class for each grade. There were three or four for the Spanish and French students.
The Spanish teacher at my school was INSANE. She taught the Spanish kids the Hustle and stuff like that. Instead of doing Spanish work, they danced. She also got sick a lot and went on random tirades.
Ahahahha this is the greatest amirite ever.
Clever points to ghost_nappa

Gracias, mi amigo/a. I feel kind of cool for starting a trend or whatever. xD
Amiga... If that means 'friend that's a girl'. I take French. Sucez sur cela!!
Ah... it does. I also speak French as well as Spanish and English. Être jaloux.
Nice. I barely speak French. I don't think you can call me bilingual. But I speak very good English if that gives me any points. :D
I'm multilingual. I speak English, French, Spanish, and German fluently, and I'm working on learning some of the Oriental languages.
Wow. I don't think my brain can hold that many languages lol.

Yeah, I took French in high school. I already was pretty fluent in it, and it made for an easy grade. xD
Lol. If I was fluent in French, then I would take Spanish. Then I could be TRIlingual. Haha.
I was better at Spanish than French, so...

It seems like my school is the only one that doesn't teach Latin!
Lucky you. All the students who took Latin all thought they were so cool and were going to get great scores on the SAT. They were mean. :(
I would still take French if they offered Latin. French powns. Hahahaa
Pwns... -_-
I like French, but I think I like German better. Maybe that's just because I know a bunch of Germans, since my cousin lives there.
There's 300 people in my grade. 45 of them take French. That's not a lot. Sigh.

There were only 2 French classes in my grade last year. 1st and 4th. I got the cooler class. :D
