It's an ancient type of Norwegian currency, which inspired the song with the same name. It was written by the seventeenth century composer Ko$ha.

Ko$ha wrote the song as a protest to the Norwegian king who, who breached several human rights laws and enslaved his people. Til-Tok, was a song that helped create the resistance of the slaves. They would not work again, until (Til-Tok) they were paid in cash (the afforementioned currency: Tok) The resistance was a succes and Ko$ha wrote the song: Jah Jah Jah

I don't know why anyone would want to know all the lyrics to any superficially produced pop music, and 6-year-olds and Ke$ha are no exception....
