+68 I don't see the purpose of calling UGGS 'boots' when they don't protect you from the rain or the snow. They're just extra long slippers, amirite?

Not that I don't think they're comfy or anything...

Extra long slippers that are wearable outdoors

by Anonymous 14 years ago

As long as it's not raining or snowing or too hot.

Exactly =)

They are lovely. AND surprisingly snow proof. Plus lots of shoes aren't appropriate for all types of weather eg sandals and trainers don't work in the rain

I've never seen or worn a pair of water proof UGGS. Tell me where I can get this snow proof pair. And I've never seen anyone try to pass of sandals as anything but sandals. Until I can wear them outside in the rain without getting soggy feet I refuse to accept them as boots.

*pass off sandals. Sorry.

They are very ugly, but do protect against rain and snow. Still would rather get wet and cold feet than to be seen with those things on...
