I don't understand the point of even making hair dye in colors like blue, green, purple, pink, and just about any color that would look terrible on anything. It is very unattractive. amirite?

I looked very attractive with my bright hair colours. I have dyed my hair every colour and some look better then others but still it is opinions. I think plain hair can ruin a persons looks sometimes.

Unnatural hair colors are fun, and can look super hot. OP is very closeminded and childish to play the "uh HUH" "nu UH" game back and forth. Pigheadedness and narrow-mindedness are way more unattractive than Rainbow Brite hair could ever be. Sorry that cute girl with the cotton-candy pink hair wouldn't give you the time of day, and now you're all bitter about it.

It really depends on A) how much of their hair is dyed, B) what color it is, and C) their facial structure. On some, it looks really attractive, and on others, it doesn't.

@Anonymous(#459101): Yeah, that's the real problem... upkeep is a biotch. Those kinds of dye are rarely permanent, and sometimes turn a very unpleasant color when they fade. I know a chick on Ebay who makes custom extensions and hair falls, so I've had red & black and pink & black strips made, so I can have the streaks w/o the work. No one can ever tell they're not mine; she makes her stuff with real hair. =)

When I dye my hair an unnatural color, its not to be different from the world. Its for ME to do something different. Sometimes a girl just needs a change. Plain hair can get a little mundane sometimes.

I PERSONALLY dont think that a whole head of a whacky colour is attractive, but it depends on the person. ive had the under part of my hair pink, and i got ALOT of compliments on it. so dont think that you can just go and think that your opinion is the only one that matters. ok, i get it, you dont think it looks nice, but who are you to judge everyone? everybody thinks differently. what if i said everyone who has natural dark brown hair is unattractive. (not my real opinion, just an example) that might be what i think, but thats not how everybody sees it. so you really need to be alot more respectful to other people's veiws.

I've only ever seen this one girl with green hair. She was absolutely hideous and the hair didn't help. Another kid had blue hair, but he was psychotic. :x I come from a more conservative city, so there's not a lot of wacky hair colors here. The ones I have seen were horrible. But I think if done tastefully, it could look fine. I just have yet to see it.

I got blonde/brown streaks once, and when they started to fade I put a jet black rinse in my hair. Once the rinse started to rinse out, lol, my streaks were still there and the rinse had turned them a neat yellow/green colour. It's pretty sick, and I don't know of anyone with the same colours. It was unintentional, but I like it. Odd colours can be okay in moderation. I'd hate for this to just be a world of different shades of blacks, blondes, browns, and reds. It's good to add a few additional hues. (:

I've done every natural colour there is, and also pink and some reds. I think that off colouring is fantastic if you know what you're doing. Some people suck, and either do a bad job, or don't redye when it's time, so it looks like shit, yeah.
