You've always wondered how house elves reproduce, amirite?

Much like sea horses, the female plants her eggs within the male, where it is inseminated. The male carries the fertilized eggs for a period for three weeks. He then proceeds to lay the eggs in a sticky, sap-like substance, usually inside their master's cupboards or under the couch. The offspring, usually a litter of ten to twenty (although nine to nineteen typically don't survive) emerge fully formed after a full nine weeks and are ready to do their master's bidding!
Just kidding.
I dunno. Probably the same way humans do.
