Judaism. Islam is one of the youngest religions, but that doesn't make it any less legitimate. Or else, only the really ancient religions would be 'real'.

Essentially the Old Testament in the Bible is the same as the Torah and the Quaran is a different take on both the New and Old Testaments where Muhammad was the last prophet.
No I think they really were trying hard to be true Muslims. We don't agree with it, but they think they're doing the right thing. There are extremists in every group.

A lot of people are more wary about Muslims or anyone who looks like they're from the Middle East since after 9/11. It's ridiculous to assume all Muslims are terrorists but I think it's more of an unconscious kind of fear on their part.

Do you believe that? The first two sentences kind of makes it sound like you do. Anyways, yeah those terrorists were Muslims. But that doesn't mean all Muslims are. Some white people are in the KKK, doesn't mean they all are.
Its also a misinterpretation of the Quaran. Extremists in every religion take bits and pieces of the religion that they like and mix it into their previous cultural practices or values.
It shouldn't matter to anyone else other than Obama himself. Religion and the State are supposed to be divided.
