If you love them then you should know them well so it would be easy to find a present for them.

i think it's quite the opposite. when that person is very close, because you know him/her very well, it's hard to choose something really unique. If s/he's not that close, you can buy simple things as present too.. =)

i absolutely agree the better you care for them the more unique you want it to be and its so hard to find it

I agree too. Its harder to find a present for them because you really want them to love it as much as you love them.
