Apples & oranges...neither is better, just different. You should have plenty of both in your life.

When performed with love, tenderness & skill, sex is extremely enjoyable for both sexes. Unfortunately, younger men do not have the necessary skills to fully satisfy their female partner; such skills have to be learned &, most importantly, taught by their partner. Also, many older men never bother to learn these skills, often leaving their partners/wives unfulfilled & frustrated. For these unfortunate women, masturbation is often the only way to bring themselves to orgasm; in fact, for pretty well ALL women, it is the most efficient & enjoyable way to experience multiple orgasms, which even skilled male partners are often unable to give them. It all depends on what you want from your sex life. If you’re happy to share loving, but relatively short-lived sex with your partner, then that’s great; if you want to bring your body to it’s full orgasmic potential, then masturbation is better. Of course most women do both, and often enjoy sex with their partner. But when she says she’s got a headache & and goes to bed early, she’s probably going off to give herself a more intense sexual experience than she would with him!
