+444 If you forget to do a report for school, you should find an old 5.25" floppy disk and claim the report is on it. Amirite?

our school has ghetto enough computers to read things like that...i wouldn't test it.

On the other hand, maybe you should bring a flash drive and claim it's on there, and none of the computers would be modern enough to have USB ports to read it. =P I wouldn't test it either; I would say I left it at home and take the late grade.

Anyone who voted no way is clearly 14 or under.

Even if I brought it on something compatible like a CD or flash drive it wouldn't be accepted.

My friend has done this... except his report was actually on it.

The only thing is, the computers at my school have USB ports, a floppy disk drive, and a CD drive.

I HIGHLY doubt they have 5.25" floppy drives though. Maybe 3.5" floppy. Unless your computers are literally from 1992.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Oh, that's possible. I think they are 3.5", but I don't have a 5.25" anyways so it wouldn't work. Oh well, I'll just stick to actually doing the assignments. :P

Bahaha, my friend did this, but she ACTUALLY put her report on it. XD The teacher couldn't use the disc *even though we have computers from the 80s in our school* and he didn't believe her either, so he gave her an F for a couple of days until her dad came in and told him off. XD

Oh, and my other friend carries one around in her binder. :3

I always tell my teachers that I'll e-mail my papers to them. They know our school's e-mail system doesn't always receive outside e-mails, so it's a good tactic when I need an extension.
