being skinny doesn't make you beautiful OR perfect. I know some girls that wished they actually weighed more

I have a question: WHERE did I ever say "skinny people are beautiful and perfect"? The post said that "I can be insecure about my body". Thank you for jumping the gun, but actually I was just being insecure of how beautiful and perfect I am. (And I wasn't even being serious)

People get a lot of crap for being skinny also... take your comment as an example... And no, just because someone is skinny doesn't mean that they're perfect or beautiful. Just like being overweight doesn't make someone imperfect or ugly.

And just because a person is fat doesn't mean they can't be secure... wait, yes it does, because everybody their brother is a douche and likes to say things like "HEY! ever heard of WEIGHT WATCHERS?!"

True. Just because I'm skinny, doesn't mean I have 6 pack abs. I hate whenever I go swimming.

Oh my god, thank you so much for posting this, it literally just made my day. I have some friends who are slightly overweight and they always go on about their insecurities, and when I mention mine they all look at me like I'm not allowed to be insecure too because I'm thinner than them. I also hate it how no one would ever say to someone 'you're too fat' because that would be so offensive, yet people find it acceptable to say 'you're too skinny' when they don't actually realise that it can be offensive also. I wish I could gain weight but I can't, and I get so insecure about how I look. I wish more people would realise that.

So true. I know I'm not fat, but I'm incredibly insecure about my body. I try to work on it, but it's hard.

Yeah, like i'm skinny, but i'm really out of shape, so i have flab, kinda. Its really hard to explain to people. I really need to start exercising to gain weight (like get some muscle), because i like never excersise, plus i am therefore always very pale, so it would help that too lol.
