OP is technically neither. To be a Jew by birth your mom has to be Jewish, and to be a Christian by birth your dad has to be Christian.

Your parents choose whether you're Jewish or catholic. You can't believe in two different things. Sure you can celebrate Christmas or light a hanukiah, but you can't be two religions.
