+372 Girls: Bra shopping and jeans shopping can be the most frustrating things ever, amirite?

by Anonymous 11 years ago

I don't really have boobs (34A, holllaaaa) but some of them are tighter than others which is annoying. I hate jeans shopping because I tend to only wear skinny jeans and it's like my legs and waist are a different size.

Lucky bitch. I'm fourteen and I'm a 32C. I would give anything to be an A cup again...

34DD and 17. I feel your pain.

You guys sound like my friends. Out of them, I'm the only one that's a member of the Itty Bitty Titty Committee (of course, I've actually only been referred to as the president and chairman of the board...).

Hooray for having tiny boobs! But yeah, I have to order my jeans online :( and when they come in my waist size they aren't close to being long enough. But I'm up to having four pairs (that's my record)

I don't own regular jeans anymore because it's so difficult to find them in my size these days. I can only find skinny jeans pretty easily in my size.

I'm in between cup sizes and taller than average. Shopping is impossible! :D

by Anonymous 11 years ago

I know both of those feels.

Pick the smaller of the two cup sizes and have a wider waist size.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

Yeah, neither of those would help.

Every store in my town has all the smaller sizes and never any C or D cups! I hate it. When i'm lucky enough to find one they're like 40 bucks.

I can never find jeans that fit because of my volleyball legs. It's a nightmare. I wear pajama pants or shorts most of the time.

It's hard at first, but after you find the perfect store, it gets pretty.

Swimsuit shopping, ick :/

by Anonymous 11 years ago

Im not even 5 feet tall and i wear 34B (big boobs for a small person, but considered small for an average person) therefore all the nice bras are stuffed for a fuller look (which i don't want). I resort to ugly granny like bras since no one really see's in anyways :(

And swimsuit shopping.

I haven't had a pair of jeans fit me in three years, after I grew out of my favourite pairs. The one size always fits perfectly over my legs/thighs/butt/hips, but it's too tight in the waist so it doesn't close. The next size up closes, but it's saggy in the butt area and if I bend or sit, the back goes down and half my butt and underwear sticks out. I've discovered Levi's Curve ID jeans, so this week I'm going to go see if any of those will fit.

Try American Eagle - for years I could never find any jeans that fit right (especially since I have wide hips, a small waist and long legs) Their jeans have stretch in them so they conform to your body shape and they are super comfortable. I strongly suggest that you try them! They are reasonable in price too.

They sound awesome, I'd try them if I was American.

I actually find bra and jeans shopping the easiest, cause I at least know what I'm looking for. But when I shop for shirts it's like 'fuck, so many shirts, where do I start looking?'

It's extremely hard to find 32D bras, but jeans are super easy because I'm a little shorter than average and I like it when jeans bunch around my ankles.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

I've basically given up on bra shopping, because I'm a 38C in some stores but a 34B in others. Sports bras FTW!

For anyone that's really tall try American Eagle for jeans - that's where I have to buy my jeans & shorts. I'm like 5'10, on the skinny side, and have wide hips and their jeans in long fit me perfect! And you can order extra long online, which I ordered so I can wear tall wedges and heels. I finally don't have to buy ridiculously priced jeans @ Nordstrom anymore!

We're like the same height and i'm also skinny with big hips! I find new York and company jeans to fit nicely. I'll definitely be checking out American Eagle now so thanks for the suggestion :)

Yeah you definitely have to check out their jeans! They have so many different styles and they usually end up being about only $39 a pair, sometimes even less. (my favorite style is the "Artist" jeans which are their flare jeans) All of their jeans are so comfortable and they fit like a glove!
