Even BMW has brake problems but notice how it is not a big issue. Its the US government's clever idea to have it embedded in your brain through mass media so that US car sales increase. Most of the accidents were actually human error. Even Rolls royce has recalls now. Don't forget Merc and even GM recently had recalls for their Daewoo branch.
